Accommodation Booking Terms

1. Booking & Reservation
A reservation is confirmed only when payment is received. The guest agrees to provide accurate contact information and special requirements at the time of booking. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM on the date of departure, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are quoted in EUR and include all taxes. Seasonal rates and discounts may apply for longer stays.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Up to 14 days before arrival
50% Refund: 7-14 days before arrival
No Refund: Less than 7 days before arrival
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. In case of force majeure or emergencies, we will attempt to offer an alternative date or partial refund.
4. House Rules
- Guests must be at least 18 years old
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments (except on balconies/terraces)
- Pets are welcome in Bruno and Bakery only, not in other apartments
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Guests must not disturb other guests' peace and comfort
- Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund
5. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacements. A security deposit may be requested for large groups or extended stays.
6. Security & Keys
Guests receive a door code for keyless entry. Guests are responsible for keeping the code confidential. Any unauthorized use or loss of access will be charged to the guest. Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.
7. Amendments & Modifications
AinaBnB reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes affecting confirmed reservations will be communicated in advance. Guests will have the right to cancel if substantial changes are made.
Cruise Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Reservation
Cruises must be booked at least 14 days in advance. A confirmation and payment details will be sent upon booking. Full payment is required 7 days before the cruise date.
2. Health & Safety
Passengers must be in good health and able to move about the vessel. We cannot accommodate passengers with certain mobility limitations. The captain has absolute authority on all safety matters and may alter the itinerary or cancel the cruise due to weather or sea conditions.
3. Age & Group Composition
Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Maximum 12 passengers per cruise. Groups with high alcohol consumption or unruly behavior may be denied boarding.
4. Cancellation Policy

Weather-related cancellations by the operator will result in a full refund or rescheduling.
5. Life Jackets & Safety Equipment
Life jackets are provided and must be worn in designated areas. Passengers acknowledge the inherent risks of maritime activities and assume full responsibility for their safety.
6. Liability Waiver
By boarding Swetha, passengers acknowledge understanding of maritime risks and accept all associated risks. AinaBnB and the captain are not responsible for personal injury, illness, or property damage during the cruise, except in cases of gross negligence.
General Terms
Limitation of Liability
AinaBnB's liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by Finnish law and resolved through mediation or arbitration. Litigation shall take place in Vaasa, Finland.
