The most unique place in Vaasa, a dream cottage of its own in the city center. Originally built in 1870 as a bakery and completely renovated in recent years, with preserved old charm but with modern technology.

The house is in two floors, on the first floor there is a combined livingroom / kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom with wood heated sauna and a separate WC. On the second floor there is a lot of sleeping space and a big TV room.

The kitchen is well equipped and in the bathroom there is a laundry machine and dryer. Both in the bedroom and both TV rooms there are high-class TV sets and Netflix subscription for you to use.

The house shares the yard of Residence Kappsäcken and in the summer time there is a terrace with grill and dining table and sofa group. In the yard there are also parking spaces reserved for each apartment. Bikes are available for borrowing.
